What we’re looking for:

Experience

Minimum of 2 years experience in the kitchen.

(Preferably high-volume kitchens, but not required.)

Winning Attitude

It takes a team to keep our kitchens moving, and we expect everyone to be a team player.

Technique

Strong knife skills and a range of cooking methods that set you apart.

Organization, Attention to Detail, Good Time Management

Picos is a high-volume kitchen and we expect you to be able to:

- Take direction.

- Have intention and attention to detail in your work: know your weights, measurements and volumes.

- Run an orderly work station: know where things are and keep your station organized.

- Execute orders in an efficient and timely manner.

- Be organized in your work and manage your time effectively.

Availability + Stamina

Must be available to work nights and weekends.

Must be comfortable standing for extended periods of time, capable of lifting up to 50# and have full mobility (bend, reach, twist)
