Paella Grande

Paella (the pan) is the most popular dish of Spain, some people consider it the national dish of Spain. There are a few versions of this dish, ours is a combination of saffron rice with meat (chicken, pork, bacon + sausage) , vegetables (onions, garlic, green peas. green beans + roasted peppers) seafood (fish, shrimp, calamari, mussels + clams).
